PEPS

PEPS is a longstanding source of support, connection, and community for parents in the Puget Sound region, serving thousands of families each year.

PEPS offers parent peer-support programs at pivotal stages of child development and transition, such as the expectant, newborn, and adolescent and teen parenting phases. PEPS Groups offer social support to parents by connecting them with other parents with children of the same age.

More than 300 PEPS Groups are offered each year, each lasting 6-12 weeks, meeting virtually or in person at selected community sites and in homes. These weekly gatherings are led by trained facilitators who use a research-backed curriculum, reviewed through an anti-bias lens, to lead discussions that help parents gain confidence and learn from — and with — one another.
