“There are a couple of black dogs running loose in our neighborhood (84th between 6th and 8th NW). They seem to be very freaked out so we are afraid they are lost and too scared to let us approach them. The one that let us get a little close to it had a red collar on but we were not able to get close enough to him to see a name. We chose to call animal control to see if they can capture them and read the tag on the collar.”
