PhinneyWood Neighbors Protecting Neighbors is hosting an ICE Rapid Response Training at the Phinney Center Blue Building on Wednesday, October 28 from 6–7:30pm.
The in-person training is for anyone interested in learning what to do if they encounter ICE in the community and how they can support immigrant neighbors. Organizers will also share information for those interested in becoming involved in direct response or mutual aid efforts.
All levels of interest and experience are welcome—you don’t need to already be involved with Neighbors Protecting Neighbors, and attendees do not need to live in PhinneyWood. There will also be information available about connecting with hyperlocal groups in other neighborhoods.
The training will take place in Room 7 of the Phinney Center Blue Building, 6532 Phinney Ave N.
Attendance is open to the public. Organizers are requesting an anonymous RSVP for planning purposes only.
