Stop in for a day of local design, shopping, and crème brûlée!
Two PhinneyWood businesses are teaming up for a neighborhood pop-up this October. On Saturday, October 3, Piano Nobile will head a few blocks north to Bella Vita’s Greenwood shop for a one-day event featuring locally designed home goods, shopping, and a visit from Seattle’s mobile crème brûlée cart, Brûlée & Bakes.
Piano Nobile is a multidisciplinary design studio where architecture, interiors, landscape design, creative education, and home goods are connected by a shared philosophy of thoughtful design. For the pop-up, the studio will bring a selection of its organic hand-printed home goods to Bella Vita, including textiles, tabletop linens, accessories, and its collection of bags. The bags are hand-printed and constructed in Seattle, pairing original Piano Nobile patterns with natural materials and a focus on everyday use.
The collaboration is a natural fit. Both businesses call the PhinneyWood neighborhood home, and both share an affinity for color, pattern, thoughtful design, and distinctive objects for everyday life. Piano Nobile’s collection, with its emphasis on hand printing and heritage fabrics, will sit alongside Bella Vita’s colorful mix of clothing, accessories, toys, gifts, and goods from independent designers. Adding something sweet to the afternoon, Brûlée & Bakes, Seattle’s first and most adorable mobile crème brûlée cart, will also be on hand serving freshly made crème brûlée.
The event is an opportunity to discover two neighborhood businesses under one roof, shop locally, and spend a Saturday afternoon in the heart of PhinneyWood.
