One of PhinneyWood’s biggest and most beloved neighborhood traditions returns tonight as the PhinneyWood Art Walk kicks off a 30th anniversary weekend filled with art, artists, open studios, food, drinks, and plenty of reasons to wander up and down the neighborhood.
For three decades, the PhinneyWood Art Walk has brought artists, businesses, and neighbors together, turning the two-mile Phinney Ridge and Greenwood corridor into one enormous walkable gallery. This year, local businesses will once again open their doors to artists and makers, neighborhood artists will welcome visitors into their studios, and you’ll find everything from ceramics and paintings to prints, jewelry, live art, and interactive installations along the way.
The best strategy? Download a map and start walking. Printed maps are available at the Phinney Center Blue Building, Greenwood Library, and in front of Ken’s Market. Please note that there are several businesses who didn’t make it onto the map – please don’t miss:

Art isn’t the only reason to explore the neighborhood. Our Eats & Sips partners have put together Art Walk specials ranging from cocktails and gelato to some seriously ambitious desserts.
Cheeky & Dry will be pouring nonalcoholic sparkling wine alongside treats from neighboring Sweet Bakery.
Cocoa Legato is serving a vegan Hibiscus Palmer made with hibiscus tea, lemonade, and apricot syrup, plus vegan potato chip chocolate chip cookies.
Couth Buzzard Books is extending happy hour all day.
Coyle’s Bakeshop is going all out with specials from its bakers, including a cream puff with sweet corn crรจme lรฉgรจre and peach compote; frozen custard with a marionberry swirl and stroopwafel; a savory scallion pancake-inspired croissant with miso glaze; buckwheat chiffon cake with fig leaf buttercream and blackberry compote; and jasmine tea shortcake with mixed berry compote and tea-infused whipped cream.
Prost! will be mixing up the โPauloma,โ a German spin on the Paloma made with Paulaner Grapefruit Radler, tequila, and lime.
Nutty Squirrel Gelato is offering a free sprinkle topping with any gelato purchase.
Atulea is taking 10% off all food and drinks throughout the day.
And Babyface Spa is hosting a free hard cider tasting with Press Then Press, along with wine and small bites including cheese, crackers, and chocolate.
