The real estate market in our PhinneyWood neighborhood continues to behave in a surprisingly normal and balanced way, despite all the turmoil around the world.

Compared to last year, weโ€™ve seen a large increase in new listings, more homes available for sale, and  stronger market activity, with more homes and condos selling than a year ago. Yet despite all these shifting forces, prices have remained remarkably steady over the past year.

You can find all the latest data and the full analysis onlineโ€”go to PhinneyWoodHomes.com.

It seems that supply and demand are largely balancing each other out. Buyers have more choices than during the tight-inventory years, but demand remains strong enough to absorb much of the additional inventory.

Overall the marketโ€™s behavior this year has remained very consistent with the familiar seasonal patterns weโ€™ve seen in past years โ€” even if the actual numbers have shifted upward. For now, the PhinneyWood market seems stubbornly committed to behaving normally.

If youโ€™re considering buying or selling this year, understanding how these changing conditions affect your opportunities can make a meaningful difference. For a no-obligation consultation and a smart plan tailored to your goals, call Doron at 206-779-9808.
