Favorite Day Media is partnering with the Phinney Neighborhood Association (PNA) to host a practical Lunch & Learn for local business owners and entrepreneurs: Social Media for Businesses That Don’t Have Time for Social Media, on Wednesday, February 18.
Running a small business means juggling a lot—customers, operations, staffing, finances, and everything in between. Somewhere on that list sits social media. It’s something many business owners know they should be doing, but often don’t have the time, energy, or clarity to keep up with.
This Lunch & Learn is designed to simplify social media and make it feel more manageable—whether you’re a solo operator just getting started or a long-standing neighborhood business trying to stay visible without burning out. It’s not about trends, viral videos, or becoming a content creator. It’s about understanding what matters, what can wait, and how to show up consistently in a way that feels realistic.
A Practical, Human Approach
Social media advice often focuses on doing more: posting constantly, chasing trends, or being everywhere at once. For most small businesses, that isn’t realistic—or sustainable.
This session takes a different approach, focusing on clarity over volume and intention over perfection. Topics will include:
- What’s actually worth posting (and what can wait)
- How often you really need to show up
- Simple, realistic content ideas for small businesses
- How paid social can help support consistency when time is tight
- Why having a basic strategy can reduce stress and guesswork
The goal isn’t to add more to your plate, but to help you feel more confident and supported in the choices you make.
