Ever noticed the magnificent lighted display on the air raid tower outside of the RidgeWood Bottle & Tap? That’s the neighborhood GloCone, created by a group of our community members in 2014 to brighten up our evenings and kick off the holidays! Since then, these folks have upgraded the technology with 3200 lighter, brighter, and completely programmable LEDs. On Saturday November 29th, the Phinneywood GloCone will officially light up for the winter. It’s a short, sweet, and festive 30 minute event.
Bring the family for an evening of cheer, free hot cocoa and cookies, holiday jazz from Lincoln High School, and caroling with the OK Chorale. Two lucky kiddos will be chosen at random to officially light the GloCone as well. We’ll see you there!
