Creative workshops bring art and local flair to Bella Vita this November

by | Nov 14, 2025

Bella Vita, our new women’s and children’s clothing (and more) store at 7315 Greenwood Avenue, is celebrating creativity and community this November with two special events designed to spark inspiration and support local makers.

First up, the Block Printing Workshop on Monday, November 17, from 6 to 9 p.m., invites participants to design and print their own custom fabrics. For $75, attendees will learn how to create tileable patterns, carve unique rubber blocks, and print professional-quality designs using brayers and ink. Each participant will leave with their own hand-carved block and beautifully printed tea towels—perfect for gifts or holiday décor. All supplies are included, making it an accessible and hands-on experience for beginners and seasoned crafters alike.

Then, on Saturday, November 29, from 1 to 5 p.m., Bella Vita hosts its Holiday Trunk Show as part of Small Business Saturday. With free entry, guests are invited to shop local and meet the talented designers behind Veronica + Harold Jewelry and Crystalyn Kay Handbags. It’s a festive opportunity to discover one-of-a-kind gifts while supporting Seattle’s vibrant small business community.

Check out Bella Vita’s calendar for two great December events: a watercolor workshop on the 2nd and an all-Block Holiday Party on Saturday the 13th.
