Hunger Goblin’, PhinneyWood’s longtime trick or treating event throughout the business district, is returning again this year on Saturday, October 25th from 12p-3p. Leading up to the event, “Hunger Goblin” is about making a positive impact on our community. By addressing food insecurity through our food drive component, we aim to drive meaningful change and provide support to those in need.
Last year, your efforts generated over 1500 pounds of healthy, non-perishable food to be distributed through FamilyWorks’ Food Bank, and we hope to break that mark again this year. In addition to FamilyWorks, the drive is helping our local Greenwood Food Bank as well.
After you donate, dress up your little ones in their spookiest costumes and embark on a delightful trick-or-treating adventure, visiting various businesses in our community on the 25th. This multi-generational event brings together families from our vibrant neighborhood, supported by the enthusiastic participation of local businesses.
