Registration now open for Watercolor & Creative Workshops at Dabble Creative Space

Local PhinneyWood artist Lisa Anderson has launched an ongoing Watercolor & Creative Workshops at Dabble Creative Space, 306 N 83rd Street. These sessions are designed to inspire and empower participants through the art of watercolor, hand lettering, and other creative practices. One of Lisa’s recent students remarked “I’ve tried to learn to paint with watercolor books and online tutorials, but having Lisa there to walk me through questions and techniques has made such a difference.”

Located in the heart of Greenwood, these workshops welcome adults of all experience levels to explore their artistic potential in a supportive and engaging environment. This workshop series is ideal for anyone eager to learn about starting a watercolor practice, learning about color, technique, tools, and process. Special summer sessions will also be available for participants under 18. Upcoming workshops include:

  • Beginning Watercolor Workshop series – Color, technique, Dimension and Composition through Watercolor will be held on four consecutive Sundays: February 23, March 2, 9, 16 from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM. 
  • Hand Lettering Workshop – Learn the fundamentals of hand lettering to create your own artwork using words that inspire you. Begins Sunday March 2, 9, 16. 10 AM – 12 PM
  • Watercolor Buds & Branches – blossoming fruit trees. Paint cherry tree branches, buds using watercolor. Advance your painting and drawing skills to create a beautiful final painting ready for framing. Begins March 23, 30 and April 6, 1 PM- 3 PM
