Summer tends to be a slower time in our regional market, as buyers and sellers are preoccupied with having fun in the sun. It will be interesting to see how recent drops in the mortgage interest rates might affect the market activity this summer. While consumers seem less sensitive to the higher mortgage interest rates this year, as compared to last year, it nevertheless sits in the back of their minds. So, when the rates drop, we tend to see a positive reaction both from buyers and from sellers.

To optimize your home buying or selling outcome, you need to understand how the market seasonality and nuanced changes will affect your home buying and selling strategies. To find out the specifics for your needs, with absolutely no obligation, call Doron Weisbarth at 206-779-9808
