Doe Bay Wine Co. has announced that that they will be passing out holiday gift certificates good for a complimentary flight of wine at their new location on 70th and Greenwood in the heart of the Phinney Ridge Neighborhood. They are located next to Holy Mountain Brewing, Ben’s Bread Co. and Lioness on the corner of 70th and Greenwood.
Each holiday certificate is good for a complimentary flight of three wines in their tasting room where you can also enjoy bites of cheese, charcuterie and other provisions. Doe Bay Wine Co. is open Tuesday through Sunday from 2-9pm.
The Doe Bay Wine Co. team has already begun passing the certificates out to neighborhood residences but in the interest of time they will also be leaving a chest of certificates at the Phinney Neighborhood Association for all interested parties who would like to pick one up. There is one certificate allocated per household and they will expire on 12/31. The PNA is open through Friday, December 22nd and then closed until 2024.
Owner Cole Sisson grew up on Orcas Island and has since spent his career working with wine in restaurants, distribution and importing. He is known for his love of travel, food and mezcal. “I’m thrilled that our team can give back to the neighborhood this holiday season,” said Cole. “We truly appreciate everyone’s support since we’ve opened and look forward to sharing a cup of good cheer before the end of the year!”

His career has been spent in the wine and restaurant industry as a sommelier, importer and educator in Vail, Las Vegas, Spain, and Seattle.
