14th annual Holiday Bookfest back in PhinneyWood on November 18

Meet 26 celebrated local authors and get their latest books signed at the 14th annual Holiday Bookfest, coming Saturday, November 18th from 2-4 pm at the Phinney Center.

Enjoy short readings, visit an interactive “Bookmaker’s Space” for kids run by the tutoring center Bureau of Fearless Ideas, and donate good used books for the Books to Prisoners Program.

The Holiday Bookfest is presented by Phinney Books and the Phinney Neighborhood Association. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Bureau of Fearless Ideas and Phinney Neighborhood Association.

Authors from many genres (fiction, memoir, nature, history, cookbooks, youth/kids) will be in attendance. Tim Egan brings his new “A Fever in the Heartland,” Claire Dederer will be there with “Monsters,” Ken Jennings with “100 Places to See After You Die” and Kenji Lopez-Alt with “The Wok.”
