Join Frances Coppa, ADHD Educator and Parent Coach, to learn how ADHD impacts your child’s development based on the most recent research and tools to tap into your child’s strengths and find more peace and flow.
The group sessions will include a combination of education, support and coaching to help you develop the specific strategies needed to improve your child’s skills, behavior and your relationship. An added benefit is that you do this training with a group of parents experiencing similar challenges, so you build community and learn from one another.
Topics include:
• Establishing lasting structure that will reduce chaos and defiance
• Creating an environment where listening and learning can occur
• Improving your child’s focus, decision making and advocacy skills
• Building a culture of collaboration that will lead to more cooperation and build skills at the same time
