A la Mode Pies at the 2022 Bite

The second annual Bite of PhinneyWood, which will feature 20 local restaurants serving a bite of their best food to all attendees, is near to selling out again. The event debuted in 2022, and the 500 allotted tickets sold out nearly 2 weeks before the event. This year’s Bite – on Sunday September 17th from 1-5pm – has expanded to 700 tickets, which are approaching the same sold-out status with 10 says to go until the event.

“We have less than a dozen VIP tickets remaining, and just about 100 total tickets overall remaining,” says Event Manager Jenny Marquette. “We added a bunch of fun enhancements and extra space to the event this year, so we’re anticipating these last 100 will go pretty quickly.”

In addition to the 20 servings of food from favorite PhinneyWood restaurants (and 1 pour of wine from Doe Bay Winery, if you are of age), this year’s Bite will include:

  • A “living passport” that will be good for discounts at all Bite restaurants after the event, with free 2024 Bite tickets and upgrades for people who take advantage of the offers
  • A Beer and Wine Garden that is integrated with the rest of the tastings rather than a separate space
  • A small, curated vendor area that will have additional sampling for you, including Papa Tony’s Hot Sauce, Firefly Kitchen, Cheeky & Dry, and Grain & Garnish
  • There will be a special appearance by the RidgeWood Bottle & Tap slushie machine!
  • Aegis Living will have a free flavored water station – drop by if you’re thirsty or have any questions about extended aging care for your loved ones
