You are invited to join Homestead Community Land Trust at one of two upcoming sessions, on August 15 and 17, for an update on two affordable homeownership developments in the Phinney neighborhood.
Homestead is building two affordable homeownership projects in the Phinney neighborhood. One at 5819 Phinney Ave N, the current and future home (don’t panic!) of a La Mode Pies, and one at 6109 Phinney Ave N. Both projects will offer a combination of homes for income-qualified households and market-rate homes.
Homestead will provide an update on the timing of both projects at each meeting. The meeting on August 15 will take place in person in the Phinney neighborhood starting at 5pm, while the meeting on August 17 will take place on Zoom at 7 PM.
