Halcyon Brewing’s soon-to-be annual Lager Fest – Hog än Lags – will feature some favorite lagers from the greater Seattle region to celebrate these amazing beers. There will be a pig roast from Hogstead Farms, which many brewers send their spent grain after the brewing process that is used as feed for their pigs.
Along with the pork from the roast, Halcyon will prepare two vegetarian sides. Meals will be available for purchase the day of the event as well if someone does not wish to purchase a ticket for the beer tastings. Additionally you may purchase a ticket and sub out our Veggie dog in place of pork.
The ticket comes with a commemorative 12oz beer glass and six 6oz tastes. Additional tastes may be purchased at the event. Joining in the festivities we will have live music: The Blue Tide will play 2-4pm and Karismata will play 4:30-6.
