HomeStreet Bank (7307 Greenwood Ave N) has announced that Zee Sa is their new Branch Manager. Zee has 13 years of banking experience and his banking career started after returning from a tour in Iraq as a Combat Medic. He started his banking career as a part-time teller and quickly fell in love with the job.
One instance that helped him fall in love with banking is when he helped an elderly client on fixed income consolidate debt. At loan signing, the client leaped over the table to give him a big hug and to say thank you. It was experiences like this that keeps him motivated.
Outside of his banking he runs a non-profit with three friends called Bright Scholars International. The organization’s goal is to break the chains of extreme poverty through education support. BSI is established in areas where school-age children typically have to choose between going to work in order to afford to eat, or going to school and not eating. The organization helps by supporting them with their school fees and subsiding food.
