Luna Azul reopens today after 6-week shutdown

by | Feb 11, 2022

Luna Azul is finally opening back up today for the first time in 2022, owner Angelica Orduna announced. Unable to safely serve food because of a roofing failure that has now been fixed, Orduna and her tight-knit family and staff have been working feverishly to prep food and restock the restaurant for their grand reopening.

Incredible community support has gotten Luna Azul to this point, with their fundraiser generating over $17,000 from 285 donors and Ken’s Market also collecting donations to help offset losses and fixed costs. The Luna Azul family is overwhelmed by all the love they have received, and the PNA Business Group would like to say a huge thank you for everyone’s ongoing generosity.

Drop on by today or this weekend for their spectacular Cielo Y Tierra vegan plate, delicious Pupusas, and award-winning 3LP Tacos (pictured below). Their full menu is here and you can call ahead for pickup at (206) 706-5392. Buen provecho!
