Holiday GloCone and new neighborhood lights reveal this Saturday

by | Nov 22, 2021

Ever noticed the magnificent lighted display on the air raid tower outside of the RidgeWood Bottle & Tap? Why, that’s the neighborhood GloCone, created by a group of our community members in 2014 to brighten up our evenings and kick off the holidays. Since then, these folks have upgraded the technology with 3200 lighter, brighter, and completely programmable LEDs. On Saturday November 27th, GloCone 2.0 will officially light up for the winter!

Bring the family for an evening of socially-distanced and masked cheer, free refreshments and caroling with the OK Chorale. This will also be the debut of a new holiday tradition, the Phinneywood Winter Lights, which will flood our business district with lighted animals that you have all considered and voted on throughout the year.

Location: Heart of Phinney Park Air Raid Tower, Phinney Center – 6532 Phinney Ave N
Date: Saturday, November 27
Time: 5pm – 5:30pm
