Comment period for new Greenwood development open until January 4th

by | Dec 23, 2020

As part of the City of Seattle’s Early Outreach program for new developments, there is a comment period now open for an apartment building planned at 6817 Greenwood Ave N. Previous outreach was conducted on the project, but the developers decided to then participate in the Living Building Challenge pilot program which resulted in major design changes.

The proposed development is 7-story, 25-unit apartment building situated in 3,413 sf lot within a NC2-55(M) zone in the Greenwood Phinney Ridge Urban Village. The site is nestled between the Fini Apartments and Woodland Park Presbyterian Church. The project will participate in the Living Building Challenge pilot program for this with sunken garden and rooftop amenity space. Indoor bike parking and trash storage will be provided. This project will feature studio and one-bedroom units with a range of unit sizes.
