Chef Liao to close on June 30, building slated for development

by | Jun 8, 2020

Chef Liao Asian Fusion Cuisine, which has served the Phinney Ridge area since 2005, has announced their lease is expiring at the end of this month and they will discontinue operations at their 6012 Phinney Ave N location.

The owners are actively seeking a new location, and have asked the community to email them at [email protected] if you have any leads or would just like to “keep in touch” with them.

The building is reportedly being considered for development, though emails to the owners have gone unanswered and according to Seattle in Progress no permits have been filed.

The building has two other vacant businesses – Rooster’s Breakfast Club and Phinney Ridge Cleaners – and one other functioning business in The Daily Planet Antiques.
