Two neighborhood jobs now open at PNA and Greenwood Senior Center

The Phinney Neighborhood Association (PNA) seeks an Associate Executive Director to be responsible for building a strong team, fostering a dynamic organizational culture, and strengthening programs and impact in our community.

The Associate Executive Director will embody and lead the PNA in the execution of its mission and vision while strengthening staff capacity and organizational culture.  As a member of the leadership team, the Associate Executive Director will be a key liaison between Operations, Development, Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing. This position reports to the Executive Director. This is a 40-hour per week Monday through Friday position, with a salary range of $75-79,000 annually/DOE with benefits.

The Greenwood Senior Center is looking for an experienced Men’s Group Facilitator to create a twice a month gathering of older men.  This group’s focus is to create a community in which to grow relationships, create connections, encourage trust and communication, and support personal growth.  This position is funded through December 2023 by the King County Veterans, Senior and Human Services Levy for Senior Hubs and reports to the Senior Programs Director.  Monthly work schedule: Two 2-hour groups and one other program per month. 

This is a 10 hour per month position paying $30/hour DOE.  The PNA offers a convivial, positive, and flexible working environment.
