Join us for an all-ages event to celebrate and say farewell to outgoing Phinney Neighborhood Association Executive Director Lee Harper. Lee was only the second ED in the PNA’s 39-year history, and this is the opportunity for the community to say thank you for ten years of leadership and service to our neighborhood.
