Setsuko Pastry and Modern Japanese Cuisine Fall Baking Classes

Setsuko Tenaka, owner and chef of Modern Japanese Cuisine here in Phinney, is teaching 4 pastry classes this fall. The classes are small and hands-on, kid-friendly, and best of all you can take your creations home to share with family and friends.

The class fee of $65 includes a Setsuko Pastry original recipe, all ingredients, and Japanese organic tea service.

Sunday, Sep 29 10:00-noon: An-pan (Japanese red beans sweet bread)
Monday, Sep 30 10:00-noon: Japanese rare cheesecake 
Monday, Oct 7 10:00-noon: Vegan green tea & white chocolate cookie 
Sunday, Oct 13 10:00-noon: Japanese berry cream cheese soft bread
