Seattle Cucina is a local cooking school with an inspiring mission: “For all youth to nourish themselves and their community through mindful cooking, healthy eating habits, and an appreciation for food.” They will be at the Phinney Farmer’s Market on Friday from 4-7pm providing cooking demonstrations and answering questions about their programming.
If you have a pre-teen who has shown interest in cooking, this is a great opportunity for them to meet some of the people behind the school and get more information about upcoming classes in the Seattle area.
