Owner and Chicago native Dave Lichterman announced that on “Wednesday, March 27th, we’re excited to welcome our new neighbors in Phinney Ridge to the Windy City Pie soft opening from 5-10pm. Our grand opening announcement including regular hours of operation will follow shortly, but Wednesday’s soft open will give us the opportunity to meet the community we hope to serve and take the paper off the windows.”
Windy City Pie is located in the old Phinney Market space at
