Design Review Board’s second recommendation meeting for 10540 Greenwood Ave. N. project is June 18

The NW Design Review Board will hold its second recommendation meeting for the housing project proposed for 10540 Greenwood Ave. N. at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, June 18, at the Ballard Community Center, 6020 28th Ave. NW, in the Sunset/Captain Ballard Room.

The proposal calls for a four-story building containing 36 small efficiency dwelling units (studios) and 26 apartment units with 2,429 square feet of retail at ground level. Parking will be provided for 34 vehicles; existing structures (three single-family homes and a small motel) to be demolished.
