The city’s Department of Constructions and Inspections has approved – with conditions – the Downtown Emergency Services Center housing project at 937 N. 96th St., which is a six-story building with 100 apartments, support services for homeless men and women with disabilities, and parking for three staff vehicles. Existing structures will be demolished.
