Metro Transit is asking for feedback on its planned changes to Access Transportation after customer feedback.
Last summer we asked people who use Access how we’re doing. Since then, we’ve been briefing stakeholders, meeting with our Access Community Advisory Group, and incorporating customer feedback as we design the future of Access service. Now, in our second phase of outreach, we’re asking: Did we listen to you? Do you have ideas on how we could improve Access even more?
