Former Squirrel’s second-hand shop on North 85th being replaced by 24 apartments and retail

The former Squirrel’s second-hand shop at 119 N. 85th St. will be replaced by a four-story building with 24 small efficiency dwelling units and retail at ground level. The current structure will be demolished.

The project is under Administrative Design Review, meaning no public meeting will be held. But you can comment on site planning and design issues by April 19 by emailing to [email protected]. Reference project #3024817.
