Seattle Sounders FC will have its victory parade and rally on Tuesday after winning the Major League Soccer Cup in Toronto on Saturday.

The parade begins at 11 a.m. at 4th Avenue and Pine Street near Westlake Center, heads north on 4th Avenue, right on Cedar Street, then onto 5th Avenue and into the Seattle Center grounds, where a rally will be held on the lawn in front of Fisher Pavilion.

Seattle Department of Transportation is warning drivers and transit riders of significant delays, as between 3,000 and 10,000 people are expected to attend the parade, and up to 20,000 people are expected to attend the rally at Seattle Center.

Metro is planning to reroute 15 routes, including routes 5 and 28 from Greenwood through Phinney Ridge.
