by | Sep 6, 2016

Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections is asking for public comment on a proposed seven-unit development at 12002 Greenwood Ave. N. The Land Use Application is for a three-story, seven-unit rowhouse structure. Parking will be provided for seven vehicles.

A multifamily home on the site will be demolished. According to Redfin, the property sold in July for $1, 165,000.

DCI will accept comments on environmental concerns through Sept. 19.
