SPD Micro-Community Policing Plan focus group for Phinney Ridge meets tonight

Seattle Police Department is hosting a Phinney Ridge Micro-Community Policing Plan focus group from 6-7 p.m. tonight (Thursday) at the Phinney Neighborhood Association, 6532 Phinney Ave. N., in Room 6 of the Blue Building. Anyone who lives or works in Phinney Ridge is welcome.

The focus group will consist of a semi-structured discussion around knowledge of the Seattle Police Department’s MCPP project, as well as community perceptions of crime, safety, and police legitimacy. Information gleaned from this focus group will help to inform the Phinney Ridge MCPP so come and share your concerns and suggestions for improvement!
