The popular food truck Now Make Me a Sandwich is opening a brick-and-mortar location in Greenwood, at 8202 Greenwood Ave. N., where Kalbi Grill Express used to be (Kalbi closed late last fall because of an extended family emergency).

Now Make Me a Sandwich owner Ryan O’Toole, who lives in the area, tells me they plan to open sometime in September, with favorites from their current menu plus a few more choices. They will serve beer and wine, but it will be family-friendly.

The food truck will be open for business in their parking lot this Saturday during the Greenwood Car Show.
