Anthony tells us he saw a Chihuahua wandering around Aurora Avenue at North 76th Street around 6:45 a.m. It was between Uber Tavern and the E-Line bus stop. The dog didn’t appear to have a collar. It was small and tan, with no visible spots. It was seen heading west up 76th Street.
