The Phinney Ridge Community Council meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Phinney Neighborhood Center, 6532 Phinney Ave. N.
On the agenda:
- Reports on building development permits and land use issues such as zoning vs. property line setbacks policy, and the status of the proposed extension of the Pedestrian Overlay Zone.
- Updates on the March Election Issue Workshop and the May/June candidates forum
- Discussion of city council district issues
- Annual meeting schedule and topics
The next PRCC meeting is on Tuesday, March 3.
