by | Sep 25, 2014

Kaplan International is looking for host families for male students from Saudi Arabia who will be studying English in the U-District.

Students arrive each week and hosts can have a student for 2 weeks to 9 months (host’s choice).

What We Need:

  • One furnished single room or twin with a bed, desk and closet
  • Two meals per day (breakfast and sit-down dinner)
  • Friendly families willing to improve students’ language skills through conversation
  • You must live within 40-45 minutes of Kaplan by PUBLIC transportation
  • We are especially looking for hosts able to accommodate students with special requests, including: smoking outside the home, dietary restrictions (vegetarian, no pork, etc.), no pets (due to student allergies, etc) although we can be flexible with host requirements.

What You Get:

  • Paid weekly compensation ($165 per week-single, $130 per student in a twin: approximately $680 – $1040 per month)
  • Access to full-time staff to help with student issues.
