Subaru Outback stolen from Phinney Ridge

Earlier: Jamie tells us his niece’s Silver 1999 Subaru Outback Impreza was stolen last Tuesday from 1st Avenue NW and North 60th Street. The license is ANV9195. If you’ve seen it, please email Jamie.
