The Phinney Center Gallery, 6532 Phinney Ave. N., is once again hosting the Northwest Fine Arts Competition in October and November. Artists are invited to submit their work for this juried show. The winning artist will receive $200 and a solo show in the gallery in 2015. Jurors are Jody Bento, Gallery Manager at Seattle Art Museum, and Dionne Haroutunian, artist and founder of the Sev Shoon Arts Center.
