Greenwood’s Jeanna Lee now a world-record holder in skydiving

by | Dec 3, 2013

Greenwood resident Jeanna Lee and 62 other women from around the world set a world record for all-female vertical formation skydiving last Saturday in Arizona. The women jumped from three airplanes at 18,000 feet up, and hurtled toward earth in a head-down formation at speeds up to 165 miles per hour.

The Daily Mail online has tons of pictures of the jump. You can clearly see Jeanna in several of them, wearing a neon teal jumpsuit with a giraffe print neck warmer. And ABCNews has some pretty amazing video.

Congratulations, Jeanna!
