Double stroller and license plate found dumped at Phinneywood-area house

Jesse tells us someone left a folded black and green Chicco double stroller outside their house last Thursday morning, along with a Ford of Kirkland license plate frame. They assume both were dumped from a stolen car. If you think it’s your stroller, please email Jesse at [email protected].
