All library branches will be closed on Labor Day

by | Aug 28, 2013

Just a reminder that all branches of the Seattle Public Library, including the Greenwood Library at 8016 Greenwood Ave. N., will be closed on Monday, Sept. 2, for Labor Day.

The good news, however, is that for the first time in five years, the library will not have to shut down all branches for a week and furlough employees to make up for budget deficits, thanks to last year’s library levy passing.
