Earlier: Posters have gone up all around Ballard and Phinney-Greenwood, asking for the public’s help in finding a 35-year-old woman named Heather.
She has platinum blonde hair and green eyes, and is full figured. She had been living in Greenwood, and was last seen in Ballard on March 20 wearing blue jeans and white shoes, and carrying a metallic pink cell phone and a black rectangular purse. She may appear disoriented.
