Laurie wrote to us to say that her friend saw a man masturbating on the ground at the corner of Fremont Avenue North and North 73rd Street at 6:30 this morning.
The guy had a dark grey or navy blue cap on, a navy blue plaid shirt (small plaid pattern), his hair was short and dirty blond and he hadn’t shaved in a day or two. I think he was wearing grey shorts but I’m not 100% sure because they were down around his ankles.
She didn’t contact the police right away. Later when she called the North Precinct, she was told to always call 911 or the the non-emergency number (206-625-5011) immediately when seeing something like this.
Did anyone else witness this?
