Greenwood-Phinney Chamber president moves on

Steve Giliberto, president of the Greenwood-Phinney Chamber of Commerce for the past two years, officially left his post on Friday because he has moved to Belltown.

Giliberto has been involved with the Chamber for about six years, since he first moved to the neighborhood. The Chamber is now holding special meetings for members to discuss the future of the Chamber in terms of what its primary mission should be.
The next meeting is from 7-8:30 p.m. on July 21 at Kumon Math and Reading Center, 123 N. 85th St. (Update: The July 21 meeting has been canceled.) The regular monthly Chamber meeting from 7:30-9 a.m. on Aug. 6 also will be devoted to the topic.
