Feet First looking for neighborhood ambassadors

by | May 13, 2010

Feet First, a pedestrian advocacy organization, is looking for folks who want to lead themed walks in their neighborhoods.

Feet First provides ambassadors with tools to promote and advocate for better walking conditions. Neighborhood walks are themed, interpretive events bringing neighbors together to share the experience of walking. The neighborhood walks empower the community to work together to create more walkable communities. Walks are free for Feet First members; a suggested donation of $5 is requested for non-members.
The next Neighborhood Walking Ambassador training will be Saturday, June 12, 2010 from 10am-12pm at Camp Long (5200 35th Avenue SW, Seattle).
