Update: Kevin Todd Swalwell, the man accused of last month’s arson spree in Greenwood, pleaded not guilty to all 12 charges at an arraignment this morning. According to the Seattle Times, he is being held in jail with bail at $1 million. “Prosecutors have said they’ll seek a sentence of more than 30 years for the 46-year-old homeless man if he is convicted,” the Times writes. Swallwell was arraigned on 11 counts of arson and one count of burglary.
