Greenwood Aurora Involved Neighbors (GAIN) has organized three neighborhood walks in the wake of 10 arsons in the Greenwood neighborhood, including three more last night and this morning.
GAIN will have several representatives at the Community Meeting and hopes to pass around a “sign-up sheet” for people interested in participating in groups walking the neighborhood. Our hope it to have more eyes on the street and of course we would call 911 if we saw something suspicious.
- Friday, Nov. 13th, at 7:30 p.m. Meet at Fire Station 21 at 7304 Greenwood Ave N.
- Tue, Nov. 17, 7:30 p.m. – Greenwood Park, SE corner at 87th and Fremont Ave N.
- Sat, Nov. 21, 2pm – Parking lot behind Olive You, 8516 Greenwood Ave. N.
